I have tried setting up 2 accounts and both times I can not log in to pay for the licence. It keeps coming back to the main page saying "welcome guest" I have set them up correctly. I was originally logged in after i signed up but it logged me off automaticlly and I could not log back in.

you can try to clear your cache and cookies or take a different browser
if it still dosnt work (what i dont believe) maybe somebody else got another solution

Check your system clock isn't set in the future, and is in the correct timezone.
