how do i do the skins inside the car (the dash, sets, ect) what program do i use and what web site ?

No you cant use paint, and photoshop is NOT free

sorry to reply again but my older crapy computer has photo shop pro and i just installed LFS but i can't open the dds files even opening it from photo shop so how do i open it? and save it?
