Is it posible to evaluate pithcing up the FO8 a bitt. To gett it closer to the awsome F1 sound. (even if it isn`t ment to be the same type of car)

The FO8, as you are aware, is not an F1 car. It is more equivalent to an F3000. As such, it has a V8 (vs. V10 in F1). Fewer cylinders means lower pitch. Also, it revs to a mere 10000 RPM (vs. 18000 RPM in F1). Naturally, lower revs means lower pitch.

These factors combined produce a sound that is much lower in pitch than an F1 car and more in line with an F3000.

And I believe the fact that Formula 1 cars have very short exhaust that end virtually right near the engine, making them very loud. While F3000 cars, have longer exhaust coming into one pipe at the rear, like we have with the FO8.

I am aware of this. But for the "stiff nippels" factor it would be nice with a higher pitch...
