OK was told yesterday about the TDU open beta sign up, I am already a member of fileplanet (non paying) and signed up, as soon as i got to the Validation Code part (apparently to prevent hackers or something) it came up with "Invalid code", so I thought ok, it advised me to turn my internet settings down (which i did on everything) turned off nortons, firewall, popup blocker, everything i could think of, yet same old message... anyone know what i could do?

tried 2 accounts, and support doesnt really help...

only if you sure.... but how can i use it if i havent downloaded the game?

? you dont have to have a key to download the game, you only have to have a key for when you install the game..

the download is free anywhere, you dont need anything to download it

nah i cant get the key to download the game (the bit after i sign up the id email addy and age etc) click submit and that validation code is what comes up with the error, so cant get the download or game key

EDIT downloading the client now... we'll see when its finished, if anyone has a spare key... could they PM it?

I logged in (have a fileplanet account) and signed up, put in the code from the image and the next page was just blank :S

Also, is it just me or can you not download the client via fileplanet? Ghey

Do you mean you can't get past the validation code on the screen before the one with links to the download, forum, the serial key etc? Try clicking the button instead of pressing enter once you've entered the validation code.

If you really get stuck I have a spare key - I was in the closed beta and still use that key, I got one on my free account too.

yeah the part before the download, the validation key for it wont show because of my security settings or something, done all i can but still wont show, downloading the client at the moment, if you wouldnt mind, pm me the key, the download wont be done until about 24 hours time..

Tried using a different web browser? Worked fine for me in Firefox..

just tried firefox, same prob "invalid code"

Doesnt work here, Firefox or IE, enter validation code, then just get a fairly blank screen.

yep having the same problem.
downloading via torrent now, but 1st it take about 24h and secondly im still in need for a key then.
