ho do you tweak the demo cars as i have heard about it but dont know how to do it

ho do you mean 'tweak', in what way jim-jim?

change the power etc

Have a look here. Note this app only works with LFS v0.5Q which uses old physics and can be awkward to get hold of (the official website only hosts 0.5V, plus some very old versions).
