As for the actual flags, maybe a small flag below the FPS counter (Or the location could be decided in the options panel).

Also, when logged on the server with the admin password, the kick and ban should be instant, instead of starting a vote kick, your admin, afterall.

That would only really be needed if there was an AI driven safety car option.
