Shifting problems
I have a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP and some really annoying shifting problems have occured. When I push the shifting paddle once then 2 gears are shifted down or it doesnt shift down at all.
When I have shifting delay setting on 100ms then two gears are shifted down, if its on 150 then gears doesnt shift down when pushing the paddle and when its between 100 and 150 then sometimes doesnt change down, sometimes changes 2 gears down and rarely its ok.
Im sure that my wheel isn`t broken, because I have unscrewed it several times and im convinced that its OK.

Can someone help me or suggest what to do?
Your wheel has a problem as it seems.

If you set the "gearshift debounce" setting to 200ms, do u still get double upshifts or downshifts?

But again if you are changing gears rapidly, with a 200ms setting you'll still miss some gears during shifting.

I have the same problem with my thrustmaster wheel, but if I set the debounce to 100ms I have no problem, which is OK.

Unfortunately this was the first symptom of my Logitech FF GP's demise (well apart from the knackered bearing). I had a small hairline crack in my wheel down one of the shifters. One shifter started at first double shifting then getting stuck on all the time, the only thing to do was use a different button to shift.

If you have got a sign of a crack I'm afraid I think it'll spread like mine did and the wheel will split in two, I kept my wheel like this stuck together with parcel tape for a few months it was a bit crude and FF was interesting because one half of the wheel would move in a different direction. It all ended when the other side split as well, when my wheel was stuck together in three pieces I decided it was time to give in and get the DFP.

Micro switches wear out eventually on most devices, they can also become dirty. Upon inspection everything will look fine. Aside from soldering in new microswitches you could try blasting them with contact cleaner and they may gain a new lease on life. You will have to dismantle the wheel to get at the microswitches. Contact Cleaner evaporates quite fast, is non-conductive, and you can get back to racing with little delay.
Sometimes it is the rubber or plastic buttons that wear out. Try taking a rarely-used button and swapping it with an often-used one (if possible) as a last resort. Cleaning the contact point of the button is also a good idea.

Contact Cleaner is available at electronics stores or perhaps your local hardware or hobby store and is usually packaged in an aerosol can.
