Are there any central websites where you can see race results and reports for all active LFS leagues?

No not really, you'd have to goto each individual league site (but even some leagues don't post results :tired: ).

But... what you ask here is a damned good idea... would be really neat to see results from all kinds of leagues, both large and small ones.

For now, LFS-News has a few league's results listed, but nothing that is easily found, its all over the place per each league's own news (on the left menu).

maybe we can create a Official LFS Leagues site, where admins of each league can post information on results etc, and then we can kinda build a 'career' profile for each driver...and etc etc - like in real world racing
