I looked but couldn't find anything. (Could be I'm also really tired. lol) Is there a way to reassign F12 key? I use a game pad (can't use a wheel) and would like to put F12 to one of my pads unused buttons and the Arrow Keys for selections to the D-Pad. Right now it's very ackward to hit F12 taking thumb off thumb stick, reaching over the controller and keyboard, then have to hit the arrows keys too, while driving.

You can bind a gamepad button to a shortcut button such as CTRL+F12 and use the command /press F12 in the shortcut.
