i was just wondering if anyone could make a blank Falken style skin for me

Could you be more specific? If it is blank how can it be a Falken skin? Perhaps explain exactly what you are looking for.

I think he just wants the scallops, without any sponsor decals on them.

Falken is a brand of tyre and has no scallops. He needs to be specific about what he wants.

i think he just wants a plain skin with the green and blue stripe things, without any sponsors or anything on it

"Scallops" is the name generally given to the step stripes along the sides of the Falken cars.

As seen on these HIDEOUS scale models.

I'm familiar with that livery but I don't see why the stripes are called scallops.

Because they aren't straight lines, there are peices cut, or "scalloped" out of it, creating three tiers on each line.
