Is LFS World functionality (i.e PB, etc) automatically integrated into a host, or does the host have to set it up himself. If the latter, how do you go about doing this?

It's integrated, AFAIK stats are logged as long as the host is on the master server list.

Yes.

Yep, that comes direct from LFS World, AFAIK you have no control over that as a server admin anyway.
