Whats your driving style?

The only thing I can think of is that I turn in quite early, and am rarely late on the brakes.

Driving aggressively isn't a 'driving style', more than not being in control, and that is rarely fast. Braking late isn't really a style either in my opinion, but a belief that braking as late as possible will be fastest, and being too stubborn to realise otherwise.
My drivingstyle is a bit too affected by the fact that i usually just play around (slide and drift).. So my lines aren't that good, and I'm not that fast when racing.. But I'm clean, cause I'm too afraid I'll hit people and destroy their race! But no-one likes to be called a wrecker, right?
I like the car to be quite positive on the front end and usually do a lot of trail braking right into the corner. I like to get a tad of oversteer to help steer the car around the corner to hopefully get on the power nice and early.
What my brain says doesn't translate to the track the same, i think there is a language problem between my wheel and the car
I like to drive slow in the ultrafast lane.
Mine is sidewayz

Same here... stupid language barriers. Why can't we all (my brain, hands, and feet) all speak the same language?

I do my best not to make mistakes, but frequently do anyways. I've been told by quite a few people that I'm difficult to pass (kept many a quicker driver behind me, eh mrodgers? ) but my passing skills are of a lesser quality. I can still manage a good clean pass, but the lack of peripheral vision means I'm quite tentative. I also dont like using buttons to look to the side while in a corner, as it completely disorients me and usually causes me to crash.

I suppose thats not a style though...

mine is between aggressive and smooth, but i like to oversteer a bit into corners then understeer out of the corners (FWD racer)... needless to say slick tyre cars don't last long with me
I'm usually pretty smooth if I've got a well-balanced car. Give me some oversteer or understeer and that all goes out the window and I usually end up with the flailing arms of doom

I've been told that I'm a very defensive driver in real life, for example I kept a guy behind me who had about 8-10hp more than me (this is in a kart btw) on a pretty fast track for about 3 laps without even knowing he was there
It's always "not fast enough"
When it comes to rallycross I'm awful, which is strange as I race radio control rallycross and I'm quite good.
Straight to the wall
Quote from JTbo :How could I know what is my style, I just drive and try to do that with most efficient way = minimizing amount of control inputs needed to navigate car around corners

Then in your driving style your a minimumalist Mine is repetative I get in ruts and cant get out for ages making the same mistakes over and over, but hey at least i'm a consistent driver

Sorry, but R/C cars don't handle at all like real cars because of the power/weight ratio, centre of gravity, spring and rebound rates etc etc.

I had a bash at 1/8th scale racing on paved surfaces and didn't enjoy it much because of these differences

I make a lot of mistakes too usually, but I like cars where small mistakes are not so catastrophic.

But what this could tell about my driving style? Sorry that it is not from LFS car, but it is very powerful formula car at Monaco track in that other game

Is there such a car? I find that if you are racing someone that is of similar skill then a small mistake costs u no matter what The only reason that the more powerful cars might seem more forgiving is that there is less people that can drive them without making numerous errors
I drive based on 'feel' and am very imprecise, but very good at maintaining control and in awkward situations. I am at my worst in cars where rote learning the exact movements works best, (fox, rb4, uf1, etc) and at my best where a good feel of the vehicle is more important. (lx6, xrr, etc)
Racing the fo8 at the moment and am finding it a little of both worlds - I am off with qual pace but generally do very well over the course of a race.
When it's an easy combo, I'm significantly further down the ability curve than when it's a tricky combo.
i drive fast but not good.
well not true.
im more an average driver (talking bout lap times) but an pretty aggressive one
if ur a lil bit slower than me then be ready for lotta attacks, cuz i wanna get u!
but it always depends on how i feel of course.
when beeing a bit "down" im still fast but i dont really attack, i just stick to ur back (luckily that doesnt happen often ).
so watch, if im in ur mirror be ready for a fight

I'm always pushing 110% and trying to get the most out of the car so I think I overdrive it a bit. This is why I suck at pikcup races because I climb up to a good position then crash out. I'm not very smooth and flowing so I punish tyres and really chuck the car about so I need a setup I can live with that others find undrivable, I suck with the inferno sets most of the time.

I'm best when chasing someone down or maintaining a lead if I'm confident with the combo and I've done a fair few miles with it, so I enjoy leagues much more as I can prepare before the race and get my consistency up. Oversteer is my enemy and I hate being gentle with the throttle.

XRG is, you can make small error and counteraction for that without losing much of all time for example, you don't need to be 100% precise with steering and throttle as you are more like giving wishes from direction and speed, car 'filters' your messy inputs then
Quote from JTbo :XRG is, you can make small error and counteraction for that without losing much of all time for example

Meh if you say so I quite enjoy a spin in the XRG but I certainly am ALOT more consistent in the XFG were a small error is about .1 of a sec arround blackwood, a small error in XRG is about .5 which shows my inadequacy in the XRG

Brings back fond memories of S1 with countless battles between XRG and XFG in S1 I could drive both at about the same level but haven't had enough time in the XRG in S2
I'm usually calm if I'm near the front of the pack, but when I get around slower cars I'm all over the place

Also, if I feel I'm faster than someone, I'm quite prepared to give them a friendly bump and be on my way :P

Don't bump the n00b that is rude

If you're faster than someone you should be able to pass them without contact. You should practice it.

That's no fun.
