where is it that you turn off the start screen, i can remember how i did it b4, when i loaded up lfs it used to be about 5 seconds then i was on the main menu.

now after i re-installed lfs it comes up in the bottom left of the screen going through the stuff then the live for speed logo comes up, i can click esc once everything is loaded, i just wondered how i make it how it was.

set options - misc - load track at startup to no (free retranslation from german version )

Options -> Misc -> Load track when starting = No

yes, cause i do, but im a very logical sort of person, general discussion is the first place i look when coming on here, so i imagine that alot of other ppl do the same, just more chance of getting an answer faster, than waiting for a week b4 someone stumbles onto the thread,

p.s where would you of put this?

Technical assistance or the beginners forum. Putting this thread in general discussion isn't logical, it's selfish. It may be the first place people look, but there are subforums for a reason. If everyone just posted in general discussion to get quicker replies and more views, the forum would be a mess.

its not really selfish, it is a general question at the end of the day.
