^^^ nope. photoshop. i'd recognize those pallete windows anywhere. it also says it in the description of the clip (not that those are always acurate, depending on who uploaded it).

It's pretty nice yes, but it's not like, "ZOMG T3H AWESOME!!!!!!." My girlfriend has a tablet for her PC, and she does stuff that's just as nice as that. I'm not trying to bash the guy's skills, as he obviously has more artistic talent than me, but there's a lot of people who can do stuff like that
