I think (but I'm not completely sure) that they used to be able to have avatars. Because I could have sworn some (now licensed) members had an avatar when they were demo racers. And seeing this one hasn't been active in months could explain that. But like I said, I'm not sure.

Hey what about J.B. He has an avatar!

His avatar is still from the times where demo users were allowed to have ones. When the feature was disabled, Victor didn't remove any already existing avatars. However, he's also S2 licensed, but just using a different forums account, IIRC.
