How do you do that effect, so all the headlights and brake lights form a big light like that?

Anyways, that guy takes AMAZING pictures. Too bad it wont let you set as background, or save them to your computer.

it's a bit hard, but the basic thing is a motion blur effect + some transforming thing + a little pen tool

BTW, you can save the images from his site if you want to...

Just remove slides/ from the url and rename from .html to .jpg!!!!
