I dont think your spelling was the reason. I only saw one or two mistakes (unless you count the "ur" instead of "your" and "u" instead of "you").

Yes, your spelling is (edit: was) much better now. I think this was mainly the reason, there is no restriction on how long a user must be registered to be "allowed" to open threads. Just make sure to read over your post, think if the thread really contributes to the overall discussion (or is at least *really* funny) and take it slow. The forum's not running away, you know
