SimRS Portal, a new competition and event tracking feature, has
just gone live! Competitors are encouraged to create a Portal account as quickly as possible, since it will handle all future event scheduling, scoring and organization! Competitors can view upcoming events, submit entries, view personal messages, results and stats as well as have access to a protest submission feature.

Not every feature is available at the moment, but event scheduling is finished. Once inside you'll be able to see what new events I've scheduled, including a couple using the new Grand Touring classes.

Please direct any questions, comments or bug reports to me.
Whoaaa! Good job!
And now couple of question, i see next event it's gran touring (gt+gtr?)
Is an all tarmac event or we have to use some mod for run gravel tyres on gt cars?
I bet Lococost will use fzr!
Guess what i will use? XRT!
We are boring people!
Anyway i think you won the 2007 1st prize for LFS league organization, nice site nice portal and all done alone! And without having the fun to join your events! (i hope you can get the time to join someday!)
Really thanks for all the work you have done here!
seconded
No problem, all I ask in return is patience!

Yes, the next event will be a Grand Touring event. GT and GTR cars only. Tarmac only. I considered allowing slickmod, but since it automatically punts people who don't have slickmod (or don't have it running) off the server I figured it wouldn't be a good idea to use it during 'public' events. I am, however, considering using it for championship events.

GT = XFR & UFR
GTR = XRR, FXR and FZR

I've also posted a new, comprehensive rulebook in the 'Rulebook' section of the website.

Spread the word!
Inventive race names, but would it be possible to list also the allowed cars after each event name (in the schedule list). Or are they all for GTR/GTS classes... but anyway in that case too... would be nice

Anyway thanks for the new events.

If you click on the event name it'll give you more information, including what cars will be available for the event. The two options are Production or Grand Touring cars.

Ok. In the portal yes. But not on the www page, so to see that I need to use the portal.

Ah, true. The schedule on the main site is more for the general public, but now that you mention it, it may be a good idea to list whether its a Production or Grand Touring event there.
I can´t registrate to the portal. Every time I try I get this error... "ERROR: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1".

Help!

I have the same problem as kalev
I cant register as well
Portal or an event? I can register for an event, but maybe the portal registration is broken (creating new portal account)
Well, don't worry. If you want to join an event I bet you can just show up in the server before the event start. Atleast it has worked before.
(this might change when the portal gets working properly)
