There are barely any S1 licenced people actively driving anymore so I doubt that anyone would join that team. Almost everybody advanced to S2.

My advice is to pay a little bit more and get S2, then you have a lot more chances

I vaguely remember him saying he could barely get the money for S1 together
But having a team isn't that important I guess, you can have fun races even without one.
