i have a problem,if i get speed up 0-100 why i dont see the speeding up time?

It only appears if the server runs a special plugin (LFS Lapper or something like that, IIRC).

but i downloaded same game at same place,before it showed that speed thing,can ppl still log in my server if i dont have it

Yes, they can still log on. That 0-100 display is just a plugin for the server. The clients aren't affected by that at all.

but if i download game again but different adress does the problem stay

Okay, now I'm lost. What do you mean by download the game again? If by "game" you mean LFS, then there is only one version from one address you want to have installed, and that is the latest patch V from here.

LFS itself does NOT ever show "that speed thing". You only see it if you join a server that has the plugin installed, or if you install the plugin locally and open a server yourself.

Some servers run a program that is called LFSLapper. This is what shows you the 0-100 sprint in seconds. Some servers don't have that program but that's not a problem because everyone can still join the server. And you don't need to install the game again. You can use it or you can turn it off if you run your own server.

If LFSLapper is on a public server you have no control over it. Some servers us LFSLapper ( like the redline servers ) and some (like clownPaint servers ) don't use it and you won't be able to see your 0-100 sprint and there is nothing you can do about it. I hope this explain your question.
