I have recently reformatted my pc from Windows XP x64 to Windows Media Centre.

Obviously with this format i need to unlock again.

I can remember my user details and when i go to log in it will not connect to the master server. In game it tells me to check if the Master Server is online, but clearly it is because currently there are 710 people racing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Firewall blocking LFS outbound conns?

Nope, turned Windows and AVG firewall off. :\

Can you race online in demo mode?, the master server is DEFINATLY up, it's just your PC can't reach it for some reason.

Is your net connection working fine for everything else?, are you using the latest patch?

I will test Demo mode now

I dont have the latest patch on, i am using Patch U because thats when i downloaded the game i put it in a RAR document.

The master server recently changed IP's, so patch U is no longer usable. You must use patch V or W from now on (which is a good thing, because of all the fancy updates we've had!)
