Right, hes my issue.

Im trying to get a Dedicated server running, with LFS Tweak.

Unfortunatly, LFS Dedi isnt recognised by Tweak (Due to memory Addresses? - jakg). So, the only way around it, its to Boot up LFS, and then Host the server using the in-game hosting.

The trouble with this, is that it doesnt really make a good dedicated host, because it uses up to much CPU and Ram.

Dustin managed to get LFS running on 6mb of ram (Running Bare Minimum) but the CPU Usage was still there.

So, what would someone recogmend?

I need an LFS Version V Install, that hardly uses CPU, Ram and Doesnt Load any 3D Models (So it can be hosted off a Server with no GFX Card).

Or if that, LFS Dedi host, that uses Memory address's, so Tweak Recognises Dedi Host.

Ideas?

Why do you need as little CPU as possible? Mine doesn't use alot on integrated graphics.

Well, the actual LFS.exe needs to be run on the server, in order to use tweak, and it uses alot of CPU.

Ideally you need a copy of LFS Tweak that uses LFS Dedi memory addresses. Satan isn't feeling chilly...

Thats exactly what i need, but how would i achieve such results?

Get friendly with a memory editor and learn some basic-ish programming skills. LFS Tweak isn't a difficult app to make, just very tedious and time consuming.

Or bug someone who already knows both of those aspects well to do it for you. TBH if someone had the time and inclination they'd have done it already though.

Well, From what ive discovered. LFSTweak Should have the Memory codes inside the app, so they can be modified.

So, it should be possible to open up Tweak, Find the memory codes for the XFG for example, open up LFS Dedi, and copy the memory codes around, and, them assuming the person who is joining my server, has version V installed, running tweak with the tweaked file i provided, it "Should" work....

Of have i been thinking about this the complete wrong way?

The memory adresses are what you need to find. But, the whole chunk of data for the three cars will be VERY uniform and VERY close. I don't know much about LFSTweak, I just like messing around with cartypes. But, you do not need to use LFSTweak either. Assuming the cartypes stay the same, you can search for a chunk of code.
