There's a prob with the hlvc upload sistem. One can upload a replay from any track/car, will someone look over the replays and see if anyone cheated?

I think he means review the Hot lap replays to see if anybody cheated, and he is saying that that time is very very low.

Ps. ...and I promise to find time to code a "limiter" so only hotlaps driven with correct track/car(s) can be uploaded and hl validity will be checked too - automaticly, I mean.

Just so you all know..

If I see any cheating, the person won't be participating in the event and OLFSL Appeals Arbiter will decide what to do with him/her

I asked James UK to upload a hotlap that's driven with one of the allowed cars. If he did not do so, that's his problem: I won't let him race this weekend.

But as FienDi said, it will be made automatic (Thank God.. we'd have to check about 100 hotlap replays/event )
