Well i have decided to run a dedi server for my team.the only problem is,when i tried to run the dedi server,it said config file is not vaild.I dont know why i got this,but i did everything right.I followed the guides and i edit the CFG file.Anybody know what i did wrong?

Can you post the exact error it gives, and also the config file?

im demo so you might have to change some stuff but heres my setup.cfg file

you will have to rename it to .cfg it wont let me upload .cfg files...

Don't set any fields that you aren't giving values to. i.e. comment (double slash) out password, etc.

Ensure that the path you're giving to the config file is correct, and the file exists with correct permissions.

well i got te problem solved.im still wondering tho,how do u run 2 dedi servers at a time?Because im runnin a demo and s2 server for my team.Ive tried to use a diff port for the s2 one and i forward and let it go thru.but i still get "setupserversocket : bind failed.Anyway to fix this problem?

Believe it or not, run it on different ports and DON'T set the /ip configuration, unless you really know what you're doing. Also make sure that there aren't any programs also using that port.

Make sure you explicitly tell LFS which config to use. If you don't tell it which, it will use setup.cfg.

Many people are using this configuration without any problems.
