Forgot to mention that it has been happening for over a month, so I am pretty sure it isn't massive lag.

Only firewall is from windows and it is off. All I got is a router.

I had the same problem on my laptop. Same setup - router --> laptop.

I had the same as Zero7 today (and i get it occasionally) where only 5 or 6 servers show up, and i get no reply from all the others.
