Just wanted to get some help..

The center garnish in between the taillights.. On the XRT/XRR.. Is this a DDS file ? If so which one... Ive gone through the lot and cannot find it.. I would like to know if I am able to edit this in anyway.

Its the part behind the number plate!

On the XR_Interior1.dds there is a white square with a black outline around it. The white part controls the color of tha garnish (although that part isn't white ingame, which probably has to do with vertex shading).
Anyway, you can give the white area another color and it will change the part you're talking about, but that's about it.
Also, changing that color will also change the color of the window edges and several other parts of the car you probably don't want to have a different color.

As joen said, it is a vertex colouring being applied to it. No matter what you can not skin it, just slightly alter the hue of it which is then applied to all XR Cars.
