I had one. It was the Guillemot (AFAIK Thrustmaster now) Ferrari Force Feedback Wheel. It hat 2 digital Paddles and just below two analogue Paddles which only worked when you plugged off the Pedals. Perfect for handicaped people who can not use their feet. Sad that I saw no other wheel with this function again.
The Position of the digital and analogue Paddles was perfect. You could Accellerate and Brake with your lower 2 fingers, shift with the top 2 fingers and had still enough grip to the Wheel to steer properly.
Isn't there one made by a company called Thomas something?

EDIT : Found it.
There is the Thomas Super Wheel thingy, no idea about the paddles on that.

I too had a Thrustmaster Ferrari F1 wheel, it did indeed have analogue paddles. I got one when Currys were clearing them out, were selling for a fiver a pop.
I had a non ffb one by thrustmaster with analogue paddles called the "360 modena pro".
