Right im about to buy S2 in the next few days soo i pay online type in my "dads" credit card details and what happens then do i get an email telling me my code or what ??

Once you pay it upgrades your license to S2 status. Then you log in using your Forum Name+password (In game) and it unlocks all the stuff.
