Haha, I took about 2 and a half of a page. Anyways it was a Philippine Jeepney. The first hint was 1541 which was the post number of it lol. And Rish gave me the idea of confusing people with the Amphibian car. I'll find one tomorrow. By the way a Jeepney is like a bus or a taxi in the Philippines. It has a Mitsubishi engine and a Willis jeep frame.
