I was wondering if anyone can make an F1 style carbon disc with a red caliper mounted lower on the bottom of the disk? If anyone can do this it would be greatly appreciated.

You can't change the positioning of the calipers.

Just colour in the dds black (or dark grey) and it'll be good enough.
