Just get my own iPod. I`ll have some music in my computer, that iPod doesn`t suppor, can someone give me a converter, that can convert MPCs and/or FLACs into MP3.

dBpowerAMP should do all the formats you need.

For FLAC files I just use the Flac Frontend, decompress the files to WAV and stick them through LAME to get MP3s.
