can someone give my some skin making soft wear plz

i can suggest some:

Photoshop CS2 - i own this and so does most of the skin makers, awesome programs but takes while to get used to if you dont have any Photoshop experience

Paint.Net - I also have this, i use it mainly for any final touches, another great program, but this ones free!

Gimp - One of the best skin making programs...ever....and free

i use photoshop... needless to say it is good mainly because it many uses but if you like me , dont use it it is quiet technical and you well end up smashing your pc cause it wont work right

Photoshop works fine, you're just doing something wrong. Like I said in your thread, tell us what the error message is.

If you have the money to spare, I recommend Photoshop. If not, the GIMP is one of the more popular programs. Other popular programs, not free, are CorelDraw, Macromedia Fireworks, and Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop's Vectorized brother)

Paint Shop Pro is a cheap option, but if you happen to be a student, you may as well buy Photoshop, its pretty cheap with a school discount.

Nobody is forgetting it. It's quite crap for skinning actually.
