If I may venture an opinion on your currrent predicament then it would be that you should make provision to get out of the hole you're in before it gets filled in. I've worked for companies which have gone bust before, and there is often no redundacy because the creditors come first.

If/when your emplyer goes under the receiver ought to point you in the direction of the National Insurance redundancy fund [or some similar title] You will get something from them based upon your stamp contribution but presuming my experience to be the norm it will be quite a bit less than you might expect.

Thus I'd seriously get out now - if you're not being paid then you owe your employer no loyalty, and if the closure of the company seems ineviatable then you would be daft not to put looking after your own interests way above those of your employer.

Here's an irony for you, the reason we have received a winding up order is because they havn't been paying the inland revenue, so whilst not all if it is my stamp - I bet you that it is unpaid. I doubt very much i'll get anything from a national redundancy fund, lol. I would probably get income support instead of doll. That's just a suspiscion, but I base it on fact.
