I have started a practice server for only OLFSL.
Actually it runs AS cadet rev with UF1, 10min qualify, 7laps, etc.
It is a 7/24 server, so you can play there any time.
Please check the pings and the latency.

I recall playing with 200 and enjoying with NASSA boys, but for league racing it's too much.

I'd say around 120-150ms then ?

I've managed to have fun with a ping of over 400, eventually it incresed and I had to disconnect, but was still playable up till 450ms (was driving GTRs).

43ms from Belgium...
(unfortunately I was alone on the server at 1am)
