I have a problem in which I can't view JPEG pictures in a window. some threads it works and others it doesn't. I've checked my setting and I can't figure it out. see the attached picture

Master server is changing back and forth (in case you haven't noticed). This should all be resolved soon.

During the change to the new one (and from the new one back to the original) some attachments were lost.
