It's got Type R stickers!
I was wondering if anyone could help me locate that funny picture that I've seen many times before with the Millenium Falcon and the Stormtroopers saying "We'll never catch it, it's got Type R stickers!!!"

I can't seem to find it anymore and I'd like it for a class project. Thanks.

Thanks
Alright, well, thanks for your attempted help. I dunno why I cant find it. Ive stumbled upon it at least 10 times in the past.
I just wonder why Ford never built a 'SI' version of the Ka....is it because they didnt want it to be known as a K(h)ASI???

Funniest car name belongs to Toyota though...I would just love driving around France in a MR2

No luck finding the Falcon pic tho

couldn't find the falcon pic either, and i've never seen it before. i think it was only seen in a dream

questions to bladerunner...
not following the K(h)ASI referrence at all. also, not seeing what's funny about an MR2 in france. must be a cultural thing

Assuming here that Bladerunner isn't refering to the Meghalayan tribe, the 'Khasi' is another term we English folk call the toilet, or the 'Restroom' for you Americans.
And MR2 is pronounced "Emm-err-deux" in French which sounds like "Merde", the French for s**t.
I also think the "Emm-err" of "Emm-err-deux" means car, with "deux" meaning shit = Car Shit or Shit Car.

Whaaaat? If you read MR2 like you would think a Frenchman would, not letter by letter but straight trough it does sound like "merde", but the flaw here is that the last e is silent if I recall correctly (at some parts at least)...so they wouldn't pronounce MR2 like "shit", silly English.

"emm-err-deux" just means shit. "Emm-err" is used by some Dutch people because it sounds like the word "emmer" which means "bucket".
Although it is SIMILAR to the way the french say sh*t, it is even CLOSER to 'Emmerdeur', which (roughly) translated means 'Pain in the A$$' or 'Bloody Nuisance'; which is even more appropriate for the MR2
i have a 1992 rev 2 mr2 and its fantastic.
the new mk3 roadsters a little crap yes but the mk2's are fantastic
My Ma has a MK3 and it's superb fun. Not exactly rapid by any means, but great fun
for a budget of 5000 ( if your under the age of 30 ) either a 1988-1992 bmw m3 e30 or a mr2 is the best money can buy

What the hell? A E30 M3 for under £5000? I have NEVER seen one for less than 6k, and they were hardly pristine condition!
well this has gone miles off topic
so we're going offtopic but we need to get on topic in a off topic section
you've not lived until you've driven an mr2 turbo! I was looking for an m3 before we got the 540i, insurance was far to expensive though :|
This is going nowhere, if anyone does happen to find it, send it to Stang70Fastback via PM.
