Nice Dan, shame your Tuono doesn't have wheels as cool as those. Considered a transplant?, a pot of "postman pat red" paint could help relive the glory days too, and let some kids loose on your leathers with a few pots of illuminous green, blue and pink for that shell-suit look and you're all set

Hehehe, can you believe I painted that to look like that?, for some reason I also made the concious decision to have white wheel at the front and black at the rear, quite why, I can't remember, seemed good at the time, not sure where I got the front mudguard from.............but it certainly wasn't an LC one LOL

I'm very happy to say I can add some pictures to this thread as of today! I just picked up my Kawasaki 650R. It's my first bike and something I've been looking forward to for years. Nice and light which is definitely good, and so far really easy to handle. Can't wait to get out there again tomorrow!

A series of recent events (visit to quack, brother gave me an old bike) made me realise that I need to get some exercise & that I hadn't ridden a bike since 1986 (when I finished University)

Yes it is Dan iirc. But for some reason that colour scheme (by far the nicest I've seen) is not available in the UK. Idiots.

Yeah, I wonder why it's different? Here we have it in red or blue. I'll take the Ninja stickers off today I think. After all it's not a proper Ninja. Trust me, I'm not complaining! 75hp and comfortable riding position is just what I need!

Added a few mods to my bike (I know, but I just can't stop modding things )

A carbon front mudguard, new dark double bubble screen, new small indicators to replace the god awful standards and the cherry on the cake, my lovely bellypan
