Wheel (Dfp) is shaking and tottering (?) on straight on FZR
Well i got my Logitech Dfp now and im pretty confident.

But when i drive the FZR (and also those 2 similar cars) the wheel is shaking and going left-right-left-right... real fast when i´m on a straight line, it´s very hard to keep it under control.

When i apply a minimal steering radius, its gone.

I dont really notice this behaviour with the other cars, and i use pretty hard Force Feedback settings.

so, where´s the fault?
i get the same problem with a Driving Force EX! i posted but got no help...
could help if show us which settings you use in LFS and wheel .
Wingman settings:
overall effect strength = 102%
spring effect strength = 0%
damper effect strength = 0%
enable centering spring checked, but 0%

270°

ingame FF strength: 130%
try turning in-game to less than 100
Hm, something like 70% ingame made it at least "controllable" but as soon as i´ll loose my hold of the wheel it will start getting mad.

But thanks so far :o
also try turning down logi profiler to 100 or less.
DFP at 270 degrees? That's likely a contributing factor. Why waste all that lock? Also 130% force strength in game must give some serious resistance, I know the G25 is a bit stronger but I find 50% is plenty, I think I ran about 65% with my momo.
To answer the OP. This may miss some points but basically it - There is a dead zone at the very centre of the steering which, as the name suggests, is dead, nothing happens there really. The problem comes when you just get out of the dead zone and the ffb turns the wheel back straight, over shoots the centre position, so ffb turns back opposite way, this goes on until you hold the wheel. AFAIK it is a problem with the wheels and ffb technology. Even my g25 does it at times i have noticed but seems less than the dfp.
Only way i found to reduce is to turn the ffb down and with the setting you have, must be like driving a truck with no power steering lol.
