Is it possible that LFS plays my own music (mp3)? Or are there any programs to make this possible?

lfs uses .ogg instead of .mp3. Use the search to find a howto.

Or...you just start Winamp/Foobar/WMP/Whatever in the background and play your music. Does the exact same thing without the hassle.
