Dreamweaver isnt £200 and the majority of people who do have it probably havent bought it anyway, just like people with Photoshop

Eh, I use surpasshosting my self, it's pretty good if you need a web server.
Not sure who hosts live for speed, but they seem to do quite a good job also.

I use them for the Moo website and my own personal one. They're cheap and reliable. They're also helpful too!
