Hmm, I just checked and it didn't save for .com either.. I didn't realize they were different, thanks.

I wonder why? Strange because I allow cookies and everything.. but I imagine it isn't done through cookies anyway.

I dont know for certain, but I believe it is cookies that does the storing. I say this because different machines remember different things for me. I could be wrong though

Maybe I will try putting LFS world in my trusted sites list.. maybe IE is rejecting a cookie or something.

It works with Internet Explorer for me but Opera refuses something to do to store the positions

It is done through cookies as far as i can tell as it stays the same on my PC (firefox) but not in IE and on my laptop the icons are back to default for both.

Hmm, I went to check my Java settings in the java console- but my java was messed up! I updated it just a while ago- so I don't know what the heck happened. Anyway I reinstalled it and all is fine. I will re-test and report back.


EDIT- maybe that is what was wrong with the other problem I posted about the forum locking up on me.. If java has anything to do with that problem maybe it will fix that too.

Is there a certain setting to set to get them to stay or are they just supposed to stay there? I pressed "save" everywhere I could find..
