With falling numbers in the Division 1 season we have make the decision to COMBINE the division 1 entries and Division 2 Entries for the final round at SO Town for the 60 minute Endurance run.


So to confirm Division 1 and 2 racers will be racing in the same league in the same track at the same time.

In Div 1 there is a maximum of 8 people, in Division 2 there will be a maximum of 14, these 22 people can be on a LFS W server for one race.

We will all be racing on the Division 1 server.


Now there are some important announcements for the race

Division 1 and 2 will be racing together, but they will be scoring seperate points for their own divisions.

Division 2 will score points as the agreed Enduro points in the seperate points list (where 1st place scores 140 points etc etc)

Division 1 will score agreed Enduro points + a standard feature race combined to make up with the round Aston that was not run. ie. Division 1 first place will score 140 + 70 pts = 210.

People will race in qualifying order based on times NOT divisions.

The top 3 in each division will score the qualifying bonus points.

The race format is racing for 60 minutes.
This race contains a COMPULSARY pit stop.
The window for this pit stop will be from lap 10-20 but MUST be completed during this time.
Failure to complete a pitstop during this time will result in a DSQ.

As there is a mixed group or drivers we need to ensure that D1 and D2 people have a specific marking on their CAR number plate, not the number board.



ALL D1 Drivers need to have at the beginning of their Player Name and Number board a D1 in the colour RED, ie D1

ALL D2 Drivers need to have at the beginning of their Player Name and Number board a D2 in the colour BLUE, ie D2

Please remember that in this race there will be a mixture of speeds and abilities.

Please respect ALL FLAGS displayed and also be cautious..

The championship is up for grabs

I'm not sure if I agree with it but I suppose it is better for the division 1 drivers. The only thing is, everyone needs to be extra careful. It wouldn't be very good if a division 2 racer took out a division 1 racer and they lost the championship, or vice versa.

(Although, any division 1 drivers, feel free to take out Tongey, tot and M.Butz )

It'd be pretty unlikely that a D2 driver would take out a D1 driver who was fighting for the championship tbh, nobody will (plan to) pit in the first 25min that much i do know, so chances are unless a D2 is lightning quick and a top D1 is le poop, they're not likely to meet.
lapping D2 drivers & crappy qualifying asside, the 2 divisions will probably be fine.


Not too impressed at losing a round, i mean after 3 round im 2nd in the championship with 258pts, and the D1 winner of this round will score 210pts from taking 1st place alone!! (only 3 drivers have over 210 at the moment, 3 races in!) Personally i think thats a bit of a crappy way to end the series, i mean the final race was always going to have a big impact on the result, now it pretty much decides it single handedly

Still, when half the field cant be bothered taking part anymore and only 7/8 turn up for the last round i guess its understandable, just a shame that it makes this a race for 3x normal feature race points.

We should not penalise people who can not make the reschudles round and similalry it would be pointless racing for just 6/7 racers.

However, if you feel that its not approperiate, before qualifying we could ask all the D1 drivers what there thoughts are eith 2x or 3x scores and vote sod's law it would be a 3/3 vote....

Out of those who turned up on Thursday, how many cannot make a race on Tuesday? I thought everything was sorted out to have that round then, if those the other day dont want to do another round with only 7-8 people then i guess theres no choice (though personally seems a bit BS to combine scores for a race because people CBA doing it rather than cannot make it).

We have had a few people who could not make it thereofre it would look like on 5 people could. I really don't think as the race days were thursdays that we can penalise people for not being available on the non-race evening.

People have also asked wether it could be done on the next thursday, but again that would be after the season finale, which is the climax of the competition.

Put simply if we had fuller grids in D1 then a reschedule for another time would still get over 10 people in, which is worth racing for, its an unfortunate part of getting a good sign up then having certain people/teams drop out over the course meaning that its gone from 15 odd down to just 6/7 for the div 1.

I dont think anyone will mind canceling round 3 this tuesday, because it saves everyone a lot of time which can be spend practicing for the season finale. Besides, everyone in this league signed on for a thursday and not a tuesday.

I also don't think we need to ask everyone before the race how to do the point system. We'll implement the system dru descibed, and everyone in div1 can have a coke and a smile.

I can't turn up for it because I'm away. I specifically planned this week around being home for my 2 league races. I don't feel I should be punished for something that was totally unexpected and out of our control?

So that puts you into the 'Cannot make it' group, rather than people who just cant be arsed turning up to do races they commited to. If theres a reason you cant make an un-planned date then obviously its understood. yes?

this is why i'm stil with BT 3 years on... yes i could go to one of these cheaper providers but with all the online gaming i do (LFS and DOD) i would hate for game performance etc etc to be dependent upon how many other subscribers are on the already over subscribed lines at 'peak time'

Yes, sure you are still signed up for the league, so no worries there,

we just need to confirm who will be there, the reason is we have combined the league for this final race.

We can only race with 20 cars i think.

They are picked in order listed.
