my friend has just bought LFS S2.

I have had it for a while not and i have not had any problems but now i have.

when my friend joins a game - he can see me in the track but i cant see him.

he can see me crashing to him but too me on my screen it just looks like i am driving normally!

basically - he can see me and i cant see him and i have never had this problem before with other players.


please can someone help me with this??

Do you mean that you see the LAG TIME counter above his car but not the car(polygons) itself?
Could you post a pcture from car/wheel view when you car heading towards your friend`s car?

i dont have a picture.

it is just the view that you would see if you were driving on a track on your own.

i have only see the LAG TIME once but the rest of the time i just see nothing at all.

even when he crashsed into me (he said he did that a few times) this didnt come up on my screen.

use the attachments..

how do i add a screenshot as an attachement?

u know the way that in the game that u can push 'tab' and see into other peoples cars?

well when i do that on everybody else's car it works perfectly.

only in my friends car that it doesnt work

when you make reply there is below button called "Manage Attachments".
Click on it and the choose the picture from your folder you want to attach and then click on the button "upload".The post your answer.

Can he see everyone else besides you?

Save a replay and upload it, that will help more than a picture.
Maybe having him save one and upload it here will help to.

He needs to come online so he can tell us what all firewalls and whatnot he is using, because it is most likely on his side that the problems are comming up.

everything is fine on his side. he can see everyone clearly including me.

on my side i can see everyone apart from him

Well then it has to be some settings with his firewall or something I can't imagine what the problem is then, is it like this on every server you go to?

its like that on all of the servers.

i will ask him what his firewall settings are and see if he can change them.
