I know this is a big request ... but whoever can do it gets full admin on my server... gets admin on teamspeak, moderator on forums. * Explain for those of us who haven't played on the cruise servers, exactly what you're after - a spec, lets say
* Are you after something that you want exclusively for your team? i.e. if a coder does something for you, what would be your stance on them releasing it publically?

I intend on giving one of my friends a copy of it, but i kinda do mind if its public because it would not make my server popular if everyone had it, but with all those privledges, i would do it if i knew how and i wasnt in ST

I'll say it again, as it clearly wasn't clear enough; some of us haven't been on a cruise server, be it CLC or whatever, and don't know what is it, other than driving around until you get money (some how) and then you buy cars.
