How sure are you that this isn't illegal?

But sharing copyrighted content is illegal. Do you have the rights to share these songs? Adding music and sharing these songs with others is only legal when YOU MADE the tunes.

Of course it's legal to convert the copies of the songs that you yourself already paid for into OGG for your own use, but not to post said songs on the interwebz o.O
