ok, I tried some new setups 
I have to say that with these ones the driving feel is much more realistic.
and maybe the clutch preload will help even further.
even rac behaves quite real making turns, still on straights at 3rd gear at 140 if I let go throttle even a small turn will make the car slide... which if the real car is like that I have to say that it isnt road safe approved lol...
so I conclude that the wr's setup that I got are to drive with mouse or keyboard or some different personall settings, or that lfs still as some issues since the wr's are being driven differently than IRL.
Now going to see if with the more close to real life driving setups what are my times

the new setups are about 1.5 secs slower than the wr, with the wr setup I can drive realistic but not pushing too hard... so I do 1.5 secs more then the wr, If I push harder I do some of the turns like the wr like in a small drift where I go in counter-steer as soon as I start the turn.
