ROLF, I had missed this thread, it is pure gold.

the pic isnt working for me... I really want to see what it looks like. Its almost imposible to find a decent old civic that doesnt hae the ricers touch. Id like a 97 eagle talon, but all i can find have the ugliest things i have ever seen done to them. Its a waste of time to buy a car thats riced up already, costs tooo much to fix everything.

I really dont. I think he would atleast know what year his own car is.
I dont know how the American registration system works, as aposed to the UK one. But if he put the parts on himself then they all wouldnt fit. If he bought the car like this, someone who doesnt know what year their car is shouldnt be on the road...not with big wheel, twin rear cannons and naws anyway.
