well i think the name is self explanatory, it would be a normal style enduro leauge with a few slight differences on rallyx tracks

Enduro and rallycross don´t go together. So no.

Aren't enduros run exclusively on dirtbikes?

And I doubt that any of LFS' rally cross tracks are long enough to run an enduro on.
