Before I reformatted I never had this problem but when my icons on the right bottom of my screen shows that someone signs in or signs out it makes my fps drop to 1 and sometimes I can see my background while playing lfs. And this causes my steering to get stuck so I can't turn.

Any suggestions on how to fix.

It's not LFS fault some crap on your system is slowing it down - Skype i presume?

No its not skype and before I reformatted this never happened.
