In Germany, looking to go karting!
Okay LFS fans,

I am in Germany for an exchange student program and my host lives in Dortmund. Next week we are planning to go the the Indoor karting arena that I guess used to be the largest in Europe! If you want to come, or if you can tell me anything about the place (requirements, how much it cost, and how fast/powerful the karts are) just drop a comment here. I think it may just be my host and I and mabe my best friend and his host. I think we will do it either on a Friday or Saturday. I will be in Dortmund until June 20th. Then I leave for Munich for 4 days. Just for a FYI, Deutschland ist wunderbar! and I have been living the teenage culture... drinking beer, going to Diskos, and flirting with European women!

Agreeing on german beer being better than american beer?
Too bad I'm far away from Dortmund, I can't give you any advice

I'm going to assume you're talking about American macrobrews here (Bud, Miller, Coors) and not the hundreds of great small breweries we've got.

(German macrobrews beat ours hands down, though, for sure.)

Well, then you should check this out:
http://www.esl.eu/de/pro-series/epsfinals10

There you'll meet on saturday and sunday morning a lot of guys from the german LFS community, cheering for the best to fight out the final races and win the cup.

About 50-60 LFS nerds will be there, the races are done on saturday 10 a.m. and sunday 10 a.m. If you plan to come, we can arrange to put you on some guest list. The races will be shown on a big screen with some commentating.

Most important: You can meet most of the german LFS dudes, n1lyn, husky, unlimited, tube, maxxfrag etc. etc. (eh, and me too ). And saturday you can expect some drinking somewhere :P

Great Idea! This track is indeed the largest track in Europe.

Well, I don't have a lot of experienced drinking in the states because of law. But, I have tried many different beers, and I went to... I think the club's name was Village. Very fun here in Germany indeed.
